Yesterday I bought myself a pair of earrings—nice ones too. They reminded me of little earth globes, the really pricey ones you see at the stores, globes not earrings. Soñ-C asked if we shouldn't be shopping for others instead of ourselves, and while in principal I agree with her, since I've only bought like two gifts, I told her we had to do for ourselves before we did for others.
I saw a lot of more stuff that I wanted for myself and maybe for others, so I'm hoping there's some overstock that I can get a gander at, especially those red longy earrings, which I was thinking on the way home, might be great with my niece's debut dress.
As always the food, hostessing and people were great! And you can't do wrong with Christmas carols, I live for those things; much like I live for the first batch of Robin Eggs malted eggs come Easter, yummy—so if around Easter you see me with a freaky colored tongue, don't worry I don't have some disease or fungus, it's just my predilection for those eggs.
Tomorrow I'm taking off, hopefully to get some shopping done! *hehehe* At this rate anyone will be lucky to get something to unwrap. Next year I swear I'm going Online!
